the renatus group has retained bld architecture to design its new industrial campus in quogue. developed in collaboration with r&m engineering, the 19.25-acre site along old country road will feature two flex-industrial buildings totaling 125,500 gsf. designed for multi-tenant occupancy, each building accommodates spaces ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 gsf to meet the needs of smaller commercial and industrial businesses.
the steel-framed buildings feature a variety of exterior metal panels, creating a high-end facility that attracts quality industrial tenants. state-of-the-art systems, interior office spaces, and multiple loading docks ensure efficiency and functionality, including the capability to accommodate tractor-trailer deliveries.
bld architecture and r&m engineering successfully secured all necessary approvals, including those from the planning board, zoning board, building department, scdoh, and central pine barrens commission, paving the way for this dynamic new development.
