536 broadhollow realty, llc has retained bld architecture to design a new pre-engineered cold storage building in melville, new york. the proposed 77,000 gsf single-story will be located on a 5.9-acre parcel and provide parking for 154 cars along with trailer loading and van parking. internally the building will include varying sized cooler compartments with separate temperatures and fda approved for storage of foods.
approximately 5,000 gsf for administrative offices on the ground floor level. the exterior wall will be constructed of insulating metal panels in multiple colors. the concept site plan was developed by r&m engineering and provides parking for 154 cars plus additional trailer, van, truck parking and loading.
