ed casper, as part of stantec, was lead architect on this two-phase project began with the relocation of the 1,650-square-foot radiology administration department. Phase two involved the demolition of an existing X-ray room and the construction of a new interventional radiology (IR) suite, complete with staff support areas and a three-cubicle pre- and post-procedure patient holding bay.
The project also included significant upgrades to the Type 1 Essential Electrical System (EES) distribution and life safety code compliance. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was completed on time and within budget.
