our president and ceo, alex badalamenti, was recently highlighted in new york real estate journal’s “ones to watch: industry leaders” feature. alex discussed what accomplishment he is most proud of over the past year, including creating a culture of accountability. this achievement is significant given our team’s responsibility of handling many diverse projects across all phases of design. he highlighted the importance of having a responsive team to meet a variety of design needs, and attributed the firm’s success to finding talented, like-minded individuals.
